Split across three levels, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests, with six spacious double bedrooms, most with en-suite shower rooms and panoramic views of the Ionian Sea; the two lower-level bedrooms benefit from independent external access. A dedicated children’s bedroom with a triple bunk bed makes the villa especially well suited to families.

Interiors are bright, calm, and beautifully understated; with soft neutral tones, natural stone features, and French doors throughout that open onto wraparound terraces.

The main living areas are thoughtfully arranged, with the living room and dining room set as distinct yet connected spaces, each opening directly onto sea facing outdoor terraces. The fully equipped kitchen sits beyond the dining room and features a breakfast bar along with its own terrace access, making indoor-outdoor living feel effortless.

The villa is attentively styled throughout with an eclectic series of artwork, adding character and warmth to every space.

On the lower level, additionally to the 2 bedrooms, guests can enjoy a cinema room with projector and smart features, and a playroom well equipped with fun for all ages. There is also a spacious laundry room with washer, dryer and two extra fridge/freezer.

A grand staircase, hand-crafted with local stone, leads through the landscaped gardens to the impressive 14-metre private swimming pool. The pool area features a shaded pavilion with an outdoor kitchen, built-in barbecue, wood-fired oven, dining area and comfortable seating — perfect for pool side breakfast, long lunches and sunset dining. Two outdoor showers are situated at both ends of the pool.

A relaxed outdoor bar with comfy seating, provides an additional space to unwind and socialise.

Just a short drive away, the harbour village of Agios Nikolaos offers traditional tavernas, waterfront cafés, and a relaxed marina atmosphere. It is also a key starting point for boat trips to the Blue Caves and Shipwreck Beach, making it an ideal base for exploring Zakynthos’ stunning coastline.
