General Layout
There are 3 separate self contained cottages. The first one that you reach on entering the gate has an open plan kitchen/living area, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. The next cottage, which is just across the terrace is a studio layout with double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with shower. The final cottage is further on down the garden, again with a studio layout it has a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Parking
There is gated parking for 1-2 vehicles.
Accessibility
There is a key box. Main property is accessible with just small step into the house. The next cottage is also accesible just by one step. The pool and the mill cottage have multiple steps to access.
Climate Control
Electric fans - Stone building helps to keep properties cooler in summer. The off-grid property tries to reduce electricity useage where possible.
Cleaning Services
Bookings from 5-13 days will include no mid-stay services. Bookings of 14 days will include a full clean and linen change at 7 days.
