Located near the village of Volimes, it feels wonderfully secluded while remaining close to the island’s most unspoilt beaches, dramatic viewpoints and the port of Agios Nikolaos. The main entrance leads down a few gentle steps into a light-filled open-plan living space, combining a fully equipped kitchen, relaxed lounge and dining area. Interiors are calm and inviting, with stone floors, soft linens and characterful detailing throughout. Accommodating up to 8 guests across four beautifully styled, air-conditioned bedrooms - each with its own en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground level, alongside the main living area. A charming pathway leads up to a little cottage where you will find the fourth bedroom. Overlooking the sea, the front terrace offers a peaceful space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Stone pathways guide you down from the house to the private infinity saltwater pool and BBQ area, where sunbeds and shaded seating invite long, leisurely days with open countryside and far reaching views. Just a short drive away, you will find yourself at the Agios Nikolaos port — a charming seaside setting with traditional tavernas gathered along the waterfront. An ideal retreat for guests seeking tranquillity, nature and authentic island living, with space to unwind and reconnect in one of Zakynthos’ most beautiful regions.
